Guest guest
Thanks Cindi, Thats what I was, easily frustrated, no patience, no energy, etc... I get it now and am feeling much better since I have increased my Armour to 1 grain, have been applying the Progesterone cream 2x p/day and stopped taking the glandulars. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I am even cleaning house! Yippee! Guest guest
WOW, maybe I should start using this Progesterone creme!! LOL Glad that you are feeling better!! I want to get off of HRT. I am on the lower dose now, and I am weaning myself off of it. I only take it when I remember, which is not everyday. Unlike my Armour, which I NEVER miss. LOL I have it on my nightstand and take it around 4 AM. Kathy Re: Thyroid the " coping " hormone Thanks Cindi, Thats what I was, easily frustrated, no patience, no energy, etc... Guest guest
I'm also doing the progesterone cream thang now but haven't noticed much of a difference. I'm also still taking Estradiol too tho & prolly should try decreasing that as I'm thinking I'm estrogen dominant but don't want to get those horrible hot flashes/sweats back again. SOOOOO relieved those are gone now since I went back on the Estradiol. But hoping the progesterone creme will remedy those as well.
