Well this is a classic.. I am sitting here having my second round of leisurely

coffee this morning after a huge protein breakfast (by some accident I forgot to

buy butter for pancakes so had to eat eggs...) and I looked at my desk.. I have

TWO cups of coffee sitting here.. Now I always drink with straws at home due to

tooth pain, one has a red straw, one a green... This is by accident as I just

grab which ever one my hands grab and they are ALL colors... SO I have my

coffee(s) all decked out for Christmas too! LOL Merry Thyroid Christmas

everyone!

No that's genuine thyroid brain fog. I also couldn't FIND my spatula so what

were gonna be sunny side up turned into scrambled eggs! LOL I went grocery

shopping yesterday and forgot dish soap too... Oh well, didn't want to do them

today anyway! LOL

I love it!!!

I was shopping on-line a few weeks ago for a purse and ordered one that I liked.

I had them ship it 2nd day air so I would have it for Christmas.

When it came, it was the EXACT same purse I had order about 6 months

ago.....right down to the same color!

I wonder where my brain went?

Hugs,

Tigger

But get two Thyroid people together for a conversation. I can't remember

how many times yesterday my sister and I derailed in thought. But we could

both laugh about it cause we understand it. Our husbands well, they don't

get it. Another classic saying between us is, " I need to tell you this

before I forget " . My sister gave me a note cube for Christmas, she knows,

like her, I write myself little notes to remember things.

I'm getting some good practice! Yahoo calendars with email reminders are

also great!

What's really bad is forgeting where you put the sticky note that has

important information on it.

I hate having short term memory problems but I'm getting by. (And it

could have been worse.)

I've done that too! :-) Right now I'm splitting my Amour dose. I have a

hard time remembering to take it in the early afternoon. I don't wear a

watch so I don't have one to program. I've got to figure something

out! If anyone has a suggestion let me hear it. Oh, and I'm not always at

home in the afternoon. Meds do stay in my purse.

I used to think the only way I'd remember to read the sticky notes was to

stick them to my eyeglasses. LOL!
