I tried this several years ago when I was having problems with

depression....had done the research about serotonin and all...and how this was

related. I

did find that it helped somewhat...but you have to get the dosage up a bit...it

also helps in sleep...and weight control.

I've been taking 50mg for about 3 months now. No weight loss but mood and

sleep better

Well...I was pretty skinny when i was taking it. And it did actually

elevate my mood a bit. It might have been even better had I not been hypo.

It made me feel very drug out and even more brain foggy. When I figured out

what was doing it, I did stop it.
