Guest guest
Thanks for all the replies. I am wondering about the B12. I have been taking B12 for over a year, but recently cut down some, thinking I might be on too much. Maybe not a good idea. : ) I just had a blood test for mineral status, should be interesting when I get the results. R.

So it could be any of the deficiencies suggested or an infection. You may have to try a couple of different things. Colloidal silver may help eliminate a yeast infection if that is the cause. Guest guest
I have experienced a sore tongue when I have been hypo mostly becuase the size of my tongue is larger( fatter) and I think that you tend to bite it or something when you sleep since it does not fit in your mouth the same as it does when its not swollen. It is painful, it feels irritated. I always notice when this happens to me I can see what looks like a map or line with branches off the side down the middle of my tongue. And the top is more of pale color than when I am healthier and not having this problem. Don't know if this helps. I can only say it went away when my TSH was better. I don't take B-12 or Folic Acid. I occassionally take Selenium but not consistent use. I can only attribute it to being HYPO. HTH > > Is a sore tongue a symptom of hypo??? > > R. Guest guest
Mikrah What is it about the hair color and complexion that is concerned with this? This interests me. I know, for instance, that they used to say that children with blonder hair and light colored eyes had more tendency t'wd hyperactivity or ADHD.
