Guest guest
I have been having tingling hands and lower forearms(day and night) since last Saturday. I am now on 50mcgs of synthroid. I don't know if this is related to the synthroid or to the hashi's or to neither. Does anyone know?
Guest guest
, I had this too when I was on 50 mgs of Synthroid. Not sure why, but I am doing better now that I am on Armour. (2 weeks) Don't have it near as often now. I think it will take time to go away. Kathy TINGLING HANDS I have been having tingling hands and lower forearms(day and night) since last Saturday. Guest guest
Val, My Aldosterone was checked about 6 months ago and it was ok. I called the doc and I am waiting for a return call. It has only been happening since Sunday. gary > Hyperaldosteronism can also cause an intolerance to T3 (Armour). That's the > possibility I'm pursuing right now. Guest guest
Unfortunatley I can't tolerate armour. But if synthroid does not work out for me I will try taking Armour in tiny amounts and take a year to get up to proper levels if necessary. Thanks, > , I had this too when I was on 50 mgs of Synthroid. Not sure why, but I am doing better now that I am on Armour. (2 weeks) Don't have it near as often now. Does anyone know? , Tingling hands can be a sign of a neuropathy that may be caused by a deficiency or imbalance of B vitamins. The Vitamin B complex is vital to nerve health and in conducting nerve signals. If you take B vitamins, it is very important to take the proper balance and be sure that you take them as part of a pharmaceutical grade multi-vitamin/mineral complex that has guaranteed dissolution and absorption. Otherwise, you may not be getting what you think you are. There are only a few companies that make this quality of vitamins. There is a book by Lyle Mac at this website: http://www.macwilliam.net/. It is a comparative guide to Nutritional Supplements. It is an excellent read and certainly helps make a decision about which supplement to buy and what the different components do - and what ratios are optimal. Hope this helps a bit.
