Guest guest
when I had a thyroid storm, hyper storm whatever, I gained a lot of weight in 5 days! Re: Thyroid Hormone and Weight Loss not all hyper people lose weight. that is purely false. Usually the people who lose the weight are young people who come down with Graves Disease. It's not always the case for us 'older' folks. The disease tends to make us gain, hyper or not. I was one of many.

Guest guest
Then apparently I misread the original post as I'm sure others could have too. Just consider it a tidbit of info to ignore if you've never had a bout with hyper where people assume you can't possibly be because you gained instead of lost weight.
