>>Can anyone shed any light on what is the half-life of T4, would the two weeks

when I started taking the generic fall into the time frame?<<

While doing a search for this I find MANY differing opinions about the half life

of both T4 & T3 hormones. T4 they say everything from a few days to 2 weeks, and

T3 everything from a few hours (3-4) to 1.5 days. I would think you may well be

feeling the difference in the generic you are taking about now.

,

do you think I should take another half grain? The way I feel I am wondering

if it actually contains even half of what it is supposed to but I feel a bit

apprehensive to take another full grain

I would go up a half a grain just like you would if you were finding your

optimal dosage again.
