Weight loss after abdominoplasty and hernia repair?

I had my abdominoplasty and hernia repair on May 6. I

am so glad to have had it done; however, with the

girdle on, I can't see the result in clothes yet.

I'd like to know if those of you who had the above

lost weight during the procedures? I lost 2 or three

pounds, but that's it.

I'm 5'3 1/2 in; weight is 158. I don't know why I'm

already thinking about trying to lose 10 pounds. I've

lost 145 already since 7/18/00. Maybe my life is

lacking something; this is ridiculous to be so body

conscious.

Thanks to everyone who wrote to me about the

abdominoplasty in the past. I's so glad I had it done.
