Roma,

I would be more than happy to share the path and surgical reports

once they come in. I do have pictures of the monsters...I just need

to get them scanned in.

I got the staples out today. My Dr. said he heard back from the

pathologist in the morning but that she wanted to get a second opinon

before giving her final report. Apparently, the fibroids that were

undergoing the odd degeneration look suspect under the microscope as

well. My Dr. said he still was not concerned as it is very rare that

it could be cancer. He said if I don't here back in a couple of days

all is well. I have my final post op in 3 weeks and I will get

copies of all of my reports then and I will be more than happy to

share them with you. I can't wait to read it all myself.

As far as your question about the pre-test...I had not had a

ultrasound in a year. I did have a CAT scan in August and one in

October. Neither indicated that these were parasitic...BUT in

reading the report in October (this one was prompted because I was in

a CRAZY amount of pain) it does say that the mesentary is markedly

inflammed. This makes me wonder if this was when the fibroid outgrew

its supply from the uterus (maybe due to degeneration and the Lupron)

and then ATTACHED its BLOOD sucking self onto the fat ....causing the

mesentary to be inflamed. Just a theory.

Thanks for your kinds words...and I am sending a Holiday Hug back at

ya! :)
