Hi, Cari-

One " lemon-size " fibroid (very very small compared to the fruits many of us

are carrying around :)...completely inside the uterine cavity? Sounds to me

like you are probably an ideal candidate for a " hysterocopic resection " . They

go in through the cervix and remove the fibroid. NO incisions, and not much

" recovery " time at all!

I wish I were a candidate! It's about the *least* invasive " surgery " you can

do for fibroids.

See the following link for complete information:

(This is an article written by my Doctor, Dr. Indman. I would suggest

looking for a specialist in your area skilled in this procedure).

Welcome to the list, Cari! I'm sure that you will find it be an invaluable

resource peopled with wonderful, carrying, supportive, knowledgeble & often

entertaining women!

Best of luck & keep us posted!
