that in the beginning...you can crash the next day if you overdo. PACE

yourself.

Not that I listened to this advice. It was so good to feel good...that when

I felt good I did as much as I possibly could. And of course was tired the

next day. But you'll get the hang of it. And glad you had a good day!

Well, I got my order today from the UK and it only took 2 weeks. Seems

like longer though. I have already started on Armour, 6 days ago, which I

finally got a Dr. to prescribe me. Over the last 3 days, I started taking 1 1/2

pills of Armour, 90.

Today I feel the BEST that I have felt in 10 years!!!!!!! I have been on

Armour for only 6 days and I am feeling soooooooo much better. Was on Synthroid

50 mg's before and going down hill everyday for years. I needed more then 50

but not of Synthroid, obviously!!

I worked today and came home for the first time not tired and felt like cleaning

my own house for a change! I might even feel up to grooming one of my dogs!

LOL

I want to THANK everyone on this list that has been so helpful!! I would have

not been where I am now if it were not for all of you!! I know I have a long

ways to go still, but just knowing that I am on my way to recovery is piece of

mind!!

I am so pleased that you are feeling well but a word of caution..you can feel so

much better to begin with that you overdo things and can crash the next day.

Better not to fall into that trap

Well, I got my order today from the UK and it only took 2 weeks. Seems

like longer though. I have already started on Armour, 6 days ago, which I

Hi Lynda,

Yeah, I know that can happen. Like I mentioned, I am feeling

so much better, but feeling great at this time is like going from the basement

to 2nd floor when I should be on the 10th floor! Crazy example, but only one I

could come up with at the moment. In other words, the great feeling that I am

having is not really a complete recovery, but it is the only one that I have

seen in years! I think it also gives you a wonderful feeling just to know that

you are on the way to getting better! I just wish that I could get my Dr. to

give me a higher dose of Armour. I know I need it.

I couldn't understand why everyone was talking about grains instead of mg's.

When I got my meds today it says 1/2 grain (32.4 mg) 100 tablets. Now I know

why everyone is talking grains! DUH!
