Excuse the brain fog I'm having if I'm repeating myself. I just went back to

review some archives and realized that you are following the 's

Syndrome protocol. Just an FYI, my holisitc doctor Alan Schwartz of Agoura

Hills is listed as one of the protocol docs from the 's website.

Now I know why you and I had such similar recommendations about

supplements etc. It's allllllll coming together now.

What I was curious if you are taking the compounded T3 meds. I am thinking

about pursuing this. Right now I'm doing block and replace and though I feel

so-so, my body temp is still so consistently low (yet my labs are in the so-

called normal ranges) so I'm wondering if since the Armour didn't work and

the Synthroid didn't work, if in fact, I should be looking at just T3 meds based

on 's theory.

Any thoughts?

Sammie, I am following parts of a different protocol. It is

an adrenal program by a -- wrote a book called Adrenal

Fatigue in the 21st Century. I don't know much about the

thyroid protocol. How is it different from other thyroid protocols,

and what is block and replace?
