You're invited to the 4th annual TEAM WALK National Conference presented by

the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation. It is being held September 30th, October

1st and October 2nd at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Columbus, Ohio.

It will be fun, educational, informational and you might get lucky because

at the TEAM WALK Raffle you could win: 2 round trip tickets to Las Vegas or a

motorized scooter or a lift chair or walkers.

Friday night will be a blast because it is a social event where you can get

together with friends, family, and other people who have HSP or PLS. With a

cash bar, hors d'oeuvres, baby sitting, kids activities and a special Q & A

session from the community to the Board of Directors you shouldn't miss out!

Saturday will be the conference with world-renowned key note speakers Dr.

Fink & Dr. Teepu Siddique. Learn about HSP, PLS & the latest research.

There will be food, workshops, kids & adult activities, and a variety of fun

in the evening.

Sunday will be the walk with fun family activities, awards and the

announcement of the 2005 $500,000.00 Research Grant Awards.
