You are ABSOLUTELY correct. The industry actually frowns upon some claims.

They can legally claim it is known to help certain conditions. But they

can't say it CURES or PREVENTS disease, at least herbs and such. There is

SOME regulation, but not as much as we'd like.

Unfortunately, even the Rx portion isn't THAT tightly knit, either. Sigh.
