At the beginning of use of progesterone cream it can temporarily

intensify the estrogen dominance symptoms...one of which can be

breast tenderness. On the flip side, too much progesterone can cause

breast tenderness and enlargement.

What amount of cream are you using?

For example: on the months where I do not ovulate well I use

progesterone cream but I can use only an 1/8 tsp a day ( 10 mg ) or

my breasts get sore. It's a fine line too! This dosage is way below

what is recommended usually.

I just started using the progesteron cream Dec. 11th.

I have been taking the Armour for about a month.

I was unconmfortable taking both but I had to trust

that they were going to improve my health and mood.

My breasts became tender BEFORE using the progesterone cream

and after I started the Armour. I take 1/4 grain of the Armour

in the am.

I use 2mg of progesterone cream 2x a day.

For me, tender and bigger breasts is a true hypo-sign!
