Went today to ortho office to have Jenna's scan done. They were really

cold with me, which I had imagined they would be since I called them on

the carpet. After her scan they ALWAYS give me the prinout of her

Section 3 and Overal (level 2 to level 8). I asked for it and they

said they could not print it out now but would get it for me. That was

all the explanation that I got. Do you think they could somehow

maniuplate her numbers? This has me really bugged. But we shall wait

and see the new helmet is supposed to be in on Friday morning.

Orthomerica is going to overnight it on Thursday.

It does seem like they are being a little crappy about it. Did you

ask why they could give you the report before, but not this time.

Seems really shady to me. I don't know that they would manipulate

the numbers, and if they do you have grouds for malpractice, but if

they refuse to send you a copy ever, maybe you could get it directly

from orthomerica. I mean, they have to get the scan to make the

helmet, right?
