Guest guest
that was something that was my first toss. I noticed a huge difference in how much better I felt without that! Guest guest
To me who has loved them, they are losses. You cannot imagine the foods & drinks I have so far had to give up. About all that is left for me to safely eat is organic leafy green veggies, their juices or sprouts. That's not a heckova lotta choices. Each new loss is a great tragedy to me after all the other losses I've had to endure in life of way more than mere food. Food is one of the few remaining things I have left to enjoy. It's a grievance. From: JAMY These are not choices to say " oh no, another thing I can't " These are things that each one that is gone, you feel better. Guest guest
for me who used to eat everything processed, frozen etc, it was a change. Now I cook everything from scratch. I have a vacum bag thing and freeze half of all I cook that can be frozen for another meal. I have learned to cook with fresh herbs and spices. A big change for me, but i feel better. Normal. One year agao, my hands hurt so bad, I couldn't open an eye cream or walk up a stair case because of the sever pain in my knees. My knees are still a bit of an issue where I feel them, but no real pain. That was worth it. Mo more aches to even move! > >Reply-To: NaturalThyroidHormones >To: <NaturalThyroidHormones > >Subject: Re: Braggs >Date: Sat, 11 Dec 2004 21:48:24 -0800 >
Guest guest
I almost always cook from scratch...don't use processed foods except some frozen veggies now & then to add to soups with fresh veggies is all. But that's nothing much new there for me. My hands ache a lot & my thumbs don't work & cause me pain. My low back is a major problem...chronic pain to the max there due to congenital scoliosis, accidents, spinal/disc deterioration, spondylitis & arthritis for about 40 years now & worsening. I can't stand up for in one place for more than 5 minutes at a time. Or sit up for too long either, then I have to go lie down. For a few months after my chair-fall in March I couldn't walk much or climb stairs hardly at all. I was lying or sitting most of the time & using a cane to get around inside my house. I sure do hope the continued dosage increases of the Armour will help all that for me. I haven't noticed much change so far. Sometimes I do get more of a general sense of well-being & more energy tho. So cooking from scratch & watching my diet as I do hasn't helped me one way or the other. ----- Original Message ----- From: JAMY for me who used to eat everything processed, frozen etc, it was a change. Guest guest
You have been taking lecithin and using braggs. All soy, so that blocks the thyroid meds. If you eliminate all soy and raise the thyroid levels, you will see a dfifference. > >Reply-To: NaturalThyroidHormones >To: <NaturalThyroidHormones > >Subject: Re: Braggs >Date: Sun, 12 Dec 2004 06:37:38 -0800 >
Guest guest
I stopped taking lecithin a while back. I rarely use Braggs...hardly ever. I'm still in pain anyway. But I agree I need to continue raising my Armour dosage...slowly tho. Not to 2 grains even until Jan. 1st. ----- Original Message ----- From: JAMY You have been taking lecithin and using braggs. Guest guest
Oops! I tried to check to see if anyone had already pointed this out. But I didn't realize to look under a different title. Sorry. Just because I'm so far behind! in Va. * Caroline, sorry, but it is 100% soy. It was the first thing I stopped. Just because it is not genetivcally altered soy, it is all soy.
