Guest guest
Hi, 2 months post-UAE is still early days as far as shrinkage and symptom resolution. You mention you were expecting to have some response to the procedure by now. What were your symptoms before the UAE? Are they still the same symptoms at the same level of discomfort? I would get an appointment with the interventional radiologist who did your UAE and take your CT scans (or copies of them) along with a copy of the written report with you. Discuss the situation with him/her before thinking about a hysterectomy. I don't know anything about gastric bypass following UAE or hysterectomy. Again, bring this up with both your urogyn. and IR.
