Guest guest
Much better off getting L-TRYPTOPHANE. In fact, I just ordere some myself from BIOGENESIS. ANTIAGING has t too. The 5HTP stuff is just supposed to be a super mild (5%) facsimile of the real stuff. Something like that. (I think the 5 in 5-HTP stands for 5% hydroxy tryptophane) They put it together after they called the real stuff of the market, but L-TRYOPTOPHANE is totally safe and a naturally occuring amino acid. I was one of those cases where because of one bad batch, they decided it was unsafe for everybody. Thank you FDA! (GAG!!!) Thanks tothis wonderful forum, I found the ral TRYPTOHANE available once more. I had had a prescription sitting aroung for it for 3 1/2 years and couldnot find a pharmacy in the west hat would fill it for me. Now I ahve some coming!!! > L-TRYPTOPHANE works on the neurotransmitter SEROTONIN: IT ENABLES: Emotional Stability/Self Confidence DEFICIENCY RESULTS IN: Agitated depression, Obsession, worry, panic, irritability, Winter depression ~Inga > > hi Jamy > i just read a little blurb about 5HTP in mary Shomon's, The thyroid > diet " book. she cites a few studies about it and says " worth > trying but check for possible drug interactions " . the next supp she > mentions is 7-KETO and sammie? -sorry- mentions that one in the next > post here. somewhere soon there will be a collision and these > mystery puzzle pieces are going to slide right together. i think i > must be feeling better. > kathryn > > >> I just bout 5-http anyone know about that >> Re: New info on Adrenals >> >> >> Yahoo! I have a bottle I have been thinking about trying for sleep and mood, as even with the Armour my mood is a little down this time of year--not much sunshine. Let us know what you think of it. R. Guest guest
mood and will add to sleep as well. I really like the phosphatidyl serine at night and the naturalcalm magnessium. I go to sleep and stay asleep till morning. I have developed a negative outlook in general since being sick and I am assuming a chemical is now missing like serratonin. > >Reply-To: NaturalThyroidHormones >To: NaturalThyroidHormones >Subject: Re: * 5-HTP/ JAMY >Date: Sun, 12 Dec 2004 00:52:00 -0000 >
