Guest guest Posted August 16, 2006 Report Share Posted August 16, 2006 For us this actually wasn't the case. was on track as far as her development, but they considered her " delayed " in gross motor due to the tort. so she automatically qualified because of the tort. I'm guessing that if her tort had been mild, then she may not have qualified, but she was moderate and, at the time of evaluation, she could not turn her head to the left at all.
