Guest guest
I am 38 years old, and have been diagnosed with uterine fibroids. I have scheduled a partial hysterectomy (to be done vaginally), with the ovaries left in place. I was wondering if anyone who has been through this could tell me about what the recovery was like, and about the physical changes to the pelvic floor, etc. I am done having children, and have such pain every month with my period that I can't wait to not have one anymore! But I am concerned about the recovery, and about what my body will be like afterwords. Can anyone give me any information? Thanks, Melinda Bradley
Guest guest
Hi Cathy, I've been on the same regemine as you are...everything helped for a while then stopped working. today they had me take 4 BCpills at once tomorrow 3 then 2 then1 to see if bleeding will stop. I don't think anyone really knows what to do with these buggers...that's why the mifepristone study is so exciting. anyway...good luck..hang in..
