worn down teeth...anyone else?

hey guys-

has anyone else had their teeth worn down by an uneven bite? my

teeth only make contact on my left side, and it's just two teeth at

that. my tooth on teh bottom has worn down alot over the last few

months! my dentist told me that it's basically bruised...it's pretty

much sensitive all the time now, i feel like i'm hitting the nerve

when i chew on things.

so i've stopped chewing gum and i'm TRYING to stay away from chewy

or crunchy foods.

im worried i may have to get a cap or something later on...anyone

have similar experience?
