Guest guest
well lets see, last year I dressed up as the Chiquita Bannana Girl, that was an easy one(just remember the fake eyelashes). And this year I'm gonna be Marilyn Monroe for a nightime party, I got the dress(pink taffeta) at a Thrift Store for 3 dollars and was able to make it strapless, like the one in Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend, add some long white gloves and costume diamonds and a white wig. During the day at work I'll be a cowgirl, with a huge green foam cowboy hat(I swear this thing is bigger then me). Hmm suggestions, I'd say your imagination is the limit to anything you want to go as. Have Fun!

Guest guest
One year I dyed my hair pink...painted my face green...wore all black with a long black cape and had on pink colored glasses. I was an " out " alien vampire...just off the planet for the first time. :-) That was fun. It was in my college days back in the early 80's. The scary part though was when I ran into all the people that dressed that way ALL the time. That's when I discovered that Anne Rice novels were all the rage. karin ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Guest guest
LOL - I got the Boys costumes from Ebay this year!! They have a recent " renewed " interest in the Teletubbies so that's what they are going to be. I got a Po and a Dipsy costume for way cheap $$ - including shipping!!! Next year I'll know what to do w/all the boys' previous year's costumes. Or, if anybody here want's them. I have: 2 Tiggers - size 2T (picture attached). They are just the regular thin costume that goes over regular clothes. 1 Duck and 1 Winnie the Pooh, can't remember the size - probably a 3T. Thick sweatshirt type fleece material. Kinda of a jumpsuit thing with an attached hood. On the front of each is a button you can press. The duck " quacks " and I forget what Pooh says. Something about " hunny " I think (don't have a scanned picture of these). And last year's costume - 2 dalmation dogs. Size 4T (I think). Jumpsuit made out of terry cloth material. Again w/a button on the front you can push and it makes " barking " noises (picture attached). If anybody want's them, let me know and I'll send them. If not, they'll go on Ebay for next year!! Guest guest
Judi, The pictures are darling!! I too am an Ebayer. I've started selling some of Ashton and Landon's clothes that they have outgrown. Our house was being taken over by bins and boxes upon boxes of clothes. I have one small problem though, I tend to spend whatever I make by purchasing more stuff. My kids tend to dress a lot better than I do.(LOL)I am now trying to decide what to dress the twins in. The Raggedy Ann and Andy costumes came in and they are HUGE!! Maybe they can wear them next year or even the next because I have decided to keep them until they grow into them. Ahhh, decisions and I thought I was ahead of the game for once. --- Judi Grossman <judig2@...> wrote: > LOL - I got the Boys costumes from Ebay this year!! > They have a recent " renewed " interest in the > Teletubbies so that's what they are going to be. Guest guest
Judy, That would be great! I think whichever one is the smallest would be best (or has a hat that ties on, as opposed to just sitting on the head). All 3 sound darling, so I'll leave the decision up to you. Thanks so much! I'll send you a check for shipping off your return address. My mailing address is: Casey Traver 2616 S. Vercler Rd. Spokane, WA 99216 Casey, mom to (DS) and , 23mo. Guest guest
Casey: I have a tiger costume and maybe two others (a duck and winnie the pooh) that are a size 2T (or 3T). Would be happy to send to you if you want. Guest guest
My twin boys last year where a turtle and darth vadder. Which related to them when they where born. Since I just paitned their starbands to look like IN Colts helmets for football season they are going to be football players. Thought this would be easy since they already have the helmet. I do like the other suggestion of characters that go togeather. Sunshine mommie to Gabe and Vedder 1 1/2 starband since 2/16/06 > > Do you ladies have any cute ideas for halloween costumes?
