Hi ,

I don't want to freak you out, but if you feel the helmet isn't

fitting properly and you feel it's making his head worse don't

hesitate to ask your ortho for a new band!! My son had a similar

issue with his first band. He never had any red spots, but it just

wouldn't sit 'straight'. It was always rotated to the right and I

feel his head took on a lopsided/rotated look. At first I just

thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me since the back of his

head was looking so much better, but when I finally was able to see

the difference in pictures I knew I wasn't crazy. If your gut tells

you something is wrong, it probably is!! If your ortho blows you

off (like mind did), don't hesitate to get a second opinion. I'm so

glad I did and I just wish I had gotten one earlier.
