If you are answering the emails via your inbox, then your email program should have a way to create a signature. Guest guest Posted July 19, 2003 Report Share Posted July 19, 2003 Mark if you have outlook express you go to Tools then Options then when you are there there are several tabs. Click on signatures. Click on New and then type your signature in the box and Click Apply. Then everytime you want to add your signature go to Insert then Signature and it puts it in your email automatically. If you don't have outlook express I can't help you. Sorry B.
