I think the sleep problems get worse with menopause, so maybe you have something else to look forward to <g> My sleep is much better than it was but I still have to take something to fall asleep. At the moment I am taking 5htp and melatonin, I'm almost out of 5htp so I'm going to try to wean off that and see what happens. Lynda (in the UK) Re: test results - opinions please ok then...it sounds like you did need the Delta. that insomnia stuff really drove me crazy for a while too. i used some melatonin for a while...and it helped somewhat. but then all of a sudden, i started being able to go to sleep within 15 minutes of getting in bed. about the 9th month of treatment. what a relief it has been. cindi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
