Schedule at six months:

AM Water

15 minutes before breakfast, water, then stop

Breakfast *

For one and a half to two hours after breakfast, no water.

Two hours after Breakfast Start Water

Two hours before lunch ( Which should come at about Breakfast + 3 Hrs) really

push water hard

Fifteen minutes before lunch, swallow a last cup or so of water.

Lunch *to be at approximately breakfast + 5 hours

For one and a half to two hours after lunch, no water.

Two hours after lunch Start Water

Two hours before supper ( Which should come at about lunch + 3 Hrs) really

push water hard

Fifteen minutes before supper, swallow a last cup or so of water.

Supper * to be at approximately lunch + 5 hours

One and a half to Two hours after supper, no water.

*Each Meal should have at least three foods, and eat alternating bites.

Anything like meat or hard vegetables should be chopped real small. Eat up to 1

1/3 cups. Eat foods that are not so soft that they flow right on through the

band.
