stress eating

Oh, this song is sooooo familiar! My husband had a stress test this Monday,

they stopped it after 6 minutes and arranged for an angiogram. He had the

pre-op tests on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, they cancelled the angiogram

based on " something suspicious " on his chest x-ray. Friday, he goes for a

cat scan of his lungs. Sigh. I have cruised the cupboards last night and

today....but saved myself with a piece of healthy (many calories, still...)

hot cross bread. And then, I grabbed a protein shake. Last year, every

time I was stressed, I grabbed a protein shake first. I don't understand

why, but it helped like chocolate can't even help! So....I am making a

conscious effort to remember that.

Please, please, let us all know how your honey is doing. I know it's tough.

I will say prayers for him!
