I think there are some other things better for candida, but Oil of Oregano certainly won't hurt. I forget the doasge...a few drops. I found it hard to take without gagging, (you will see what I mean...it isn't the taste, it is becasue it is so strong) so I came up with a technique that worked well. You want to hold it in your mouth, but as it goes down, it is real rough....Soooo.....take a few drops and then lay face down on your bed for a little bit, letting the gravity keep it in the front part of your mouth. This will help it get into you with less problems getting it down. Caprilic acid, garlic, Grapefruit seed extract, liver flushes, hydrochloric acid with meals, acidophilous, probiotics, are probably going to do more for you if you add them to your protocol. I did not notice much of anything from the oil of oregano myself, but they told me it was real good stuff and had me taking it at Health Recovery Center...they used it on almost everybody there. ~inga on 11/27/04 2:43 PM, lovemydog1973mel at dezign4you@... wrote: Hi guys, Since you are all so knowledgeable on so many different topics I thought you may have some experience with this herb(: I read that it helps build your immune system as well as getting rid of bacteria and fungus in the body. I think I may have candida because I get frequent yeast infections so I thought it may help with that. Has anyone else tried it and how much did you take for how long? Thanks! Guest guest
Thanks Ingrid. I actually bought it from Walgreens and it came in little gel capsules so I didn't have to taste it(: I'll let you know how it works. > > > Hi guys, > > Since you are all so knowledgeable on so many different topics I > thought you may have some experience with this herb(: I read that it > helps build your immune system as well as getting rid of bacteria and > fungus in the body.
