1/4 grain is such a small dose, I can't imagine even taking that. I think it's

possible that your body is wanting more. I never use 1/4 grain's at all. I

always move in 1/2 grains.

OK, so the day after I post about how good I feel, the very next

day, I am feeling exhausted and have ice cold feet again.

Considering the coming holiday on thursday, which I'll be hosting,

I've just spent the whole day doing nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this? I started armour last wednesday,

and felt better and better until today, 5 days after starting. Does

anyone else recall getting such fast reactions? I'm only on 1/4

grain. Is it possible that my body has already adjusted and wants an

increase in dosage? Or should I wait it out until the two weeks are

done? Any opinions would be appreciated, thank you.

It just shows how different poeple are- if i increase by half a garain i

am ok for a couple of tdays and then i get diarrhoea and palps,

increwaseing adreanl support and cutting back to quarter grain for a

week does the trick so i always increase by quarters now
