Guest guest
Hi Everyone. I´m alive and...and better. I started my IVIG on 7 January (got started 3pm,finished 7am ) ,than started 3pm, finished 1am ,the last day started 4pm, finished 6am on 10 January My treatment was : 1Grame per Kilo per day (My weight are 80Kg) Each bottle have 10Gr of IVIG ( 24 botles of IVIG -Total) I have some problems in last day of treatment: Alergic reaction ( very discret - fever..) I have 3 (!!!) tromboses in my forearms ( this treatment are very agressive for my veins) But i´m fine with antibiotics i presume in 1 to two weeks i´m will OK. I´m still litle better the IVIG on me are very quickly and i presume in next two weeks my strenght will back. Concerning my walkers it was a big sucess in the Hospital ,everyone wanted the walkers but i told ,no ,no ,first my friends in USA,Australia,Canada... and after the Portugueses friends of Hospital. Have all a nice day Alvaro Nunes
Guest guest
Hi, Alvaro. Glad to hear you're feeling better after your IVIg treatments. I was wondering how you were doing. I hope you took it easy on all those pretty nurses that were tending to you. Dawn-- I´m feeling better after my IVIG treatment, normally when i took the IVIG i was better and better at least during 9 mounths. Concerning the nurses (young and prettys)very good tending to me. Note- I was in 6th floor in Hospital (Neurologist) and one of my sisters is a nurse on 4th floor (Ginecologist-Womam ilness) and if i have any problem i contact my sister well,i can say i was treatment in ginecogist not in neurolog. lolololol Vicki,I had a reaction in the last day because too much IVIG in my body but i fine now. I have several orders for my walkers but i have no time to put the extras. Guest guest
Alvaro, You are so funny! You are the only man I know that sees a gynecologist!! LOL. I am glad you are feeling better. I had my IVIG last week too. I just get really tired and sleep a lot for a few days. Take care and I can't wait until those walkers are ready for sale!!
