we haven't tried CST so I'm sure I can't properly explain, but you can

check out www.upledger.com. The john upledger is the founder of CST.

I've read about it here. If I remember is is very gental pressure on

your baby sort of like a massage. I've heard discussion of shifting

the plates in the head (if I'm describing it right). Some chiros do

CST. Osteopaths have a similar treatment called cranial osteopathy.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will respond.
