how much estrace do you need?

Just curious I have to be careful with the amount of

estrace I use, okay we all know that. But how little

do you think I can use externally on the vulva,

the doctor told me to rub a little on the area that I

was re-sectioned once a week, do you think once a week

is enough to maintain the tissue. I am concerned about

thinning tissue. Should I use it for twice a week

for awhile and then go to once a week or do you think

that once a week is enough. Millie
