There I found this, which may be nice for many of us too... Here is a recipe for an ice pack. 1 gallon zip lock bag 1 cup water 1 cup alcohol Mix water and alcohol. Put in freezer and freeze, it will be mushy and comfortable. And can be reused and reused. Cool or what? Have any of you ever heard about this before?
