Even if it were purely cosmetic I can't believe they would treat you so badly. Crooked teeth are purely cosmetic and look at how many people spend thousands for braces. With plagio I think there is a risk that it could be more than cosmetic (TMJ, migranes, chronic sinus issues, etc. the verdict is still out), so they should be more sympathetic! We've been thrilled with the results of the helmet. Despite continued repositioning even with the helmet, my son STILL winds up sleeping on his flat spot at 18 months, so I honestly don't think it would have rounded out on it's own. Good luck!
