I am back and SORRY for my absence

I haven't been doing too well (and am still not great) and just

wanted to let everyone know that I am here and Ok and am back. My

shoulder has been causing problems as have other new symptoms and a

fall on Saturday slamming my back into the large metal handles on the

dressing table didn't help <OUCH>.

So again sorry for my absense and anythign I have missed. Ihave been

thinking of you all
