I have noticed lately that my allergist's nurse gets extremely annoyed for no [apparent] reason. Then when I really think about it.....80% of the time I call for something, she is the one to 'handle' it. Maybe they are put in a position to feel they know what to say and when to say it. The problem is our particular ones are obviously not given attitude and patient relation skills training. Judy gets on my damn nerves too!
