Guest guest Posted March 5, 2004 Report Share Posted March 5, 2004 Most here know- Ive been going thru horrible custody battle and even though wrong x got custody of both kids. Oldest kid, sixteen- ran from dad- ( he's abusive - but courts do not believe us ) and the sixteen yr old lives here with me which changed child support issue. Hearing said no child support either way- fine with me- I dont want his money- in fact - I wish he'd disappear and just give the 11 yr old up as all he is doing is acting the father part for some settlement money from the child in heaven- which is handled by me. long and different story there anyhow. Lawyer said they are having another hearing over child support issue as they feel he should pay child support to me becuz of my disability and him making so much per week...... so back into court it went. Now there is another upcoming hearing stating that we have to have another go again and because I am on state aid for time being till hopefully SSI comes thru- my lawyer suggested I get someone from support group to come in with me at the hearing to tell the symptoms and the dangers of VEDS....... Now anyone here willing to come to court with me? Mercy- how do I do that? She said ,,,, not your doctor but someone hopefully from a support group...... Any suggestions? Geesh what next.....
