Don't apologize for venting everyone needs to now and then or you would lose your sanity. I hope they will find some depression med that helps you better then what you are on now. I know zoloft helped me before..and hoping it will again. I know cymbalta is supposed to be a good anti-depressant and it's supposed to be good for nerve pain..have you tried that..or has your dr mentioned it to you? Hope you had a great weekend..I know weather wise you had a much better one then me...Tomorrow I will wake up to snow..yuck...supposed to get 3 inches before morning an up to 6-8 by the end of the storm last I heard. Hugs..Ginny

Ginny,

I totally agree with you about needing to vent and there are some days that you are going to feel overwhelmed especially this time of year is going to happen too. However if you aren't on any anti-depressant you might very well need one. I am on Effexor and it also works on nerve pain. It seems to be working.

I hope you can get some medication if you need it.

take care love,

Lin

True, it takes a lot of time, but this is my body and no one cares about

I think maybe is the operative word. Specialists tend to focuse on their

specialty. I've kind of learned that it's up to me to figure out how they

relate to and affect each other. My GP is good at keeping track of everything,

but he doesn't have a lot of time. I think, actually, that my shrink (an MD

psychiatrist), keeps the best track of everything since he hears about all of

it in its glory from me every week...LOL

I find it frustrating that I seem to have to deal with so many different

doctors, though I now have 4 of them (shrink, eye doc, foot doc, and

neurologist) in the same building...LOL
