Guest guest
What concerns me here is not the content. At the beginning of my pain regimen, my pain doctor, primary care, psychiatrist, and I all agreed to honesty between us, and that led naturally to the division of my pain doctor prescribing the only pain medication, my psychiatrist prescribing his specialty, and my primary prescribing everything else -- and I make sure the communication stays open between them. It only makes sense, and it happened because of good doctoring, not because of national programming. The history of this government is what concerns me. Once information is collected for its good, intended use, the powers seem to always find other ways of using the information that are less salutory. While I'm a social liberal, I'm also an old-style conservative who believes the government should be restricted in its access to privacy...and in this case, too, bad doctors and patients will always find a way. Education, education, education.... OK. I'm done. Thanx. Mark
