Guest guest
Awww, Lin. Losing a pet is always so hard. I know that these days just thinking about losing Co. (Company....that's her name and it's a long story) is enough to fill my eyes sometimes. wrote: Other than a touch of Alzheimer's, she does fairly well but her age isdefinitely starting to show. I would worry though about giving a cat a babyaspirin...especially an older one, without checking with a vet first. WOuldscare the dickens out of me. BarbaraHi Barbara,I am going to, Jai reminded me that one of them is toxic to cats. I amthinking that it is ibuprofen, but I could be wrong, it could be Tylenol oraspirin. I hate to see when pets start to get old. But Tom has had a longand good life for a cat. I just don't like to see him looking tired and inpain, it is something that I can fully understand. We used to have 2chocolate Labs, and she had her stomach twist on her, Dwight and took her to the vet and they both said it was a little eerie because as theywere wheeling her in to surgery she licked both their hands and looked atthem as if to say good bye. I am glad I wasn't there I would be crying myeyes out. She died the next day. The vet said that she had gangrene in thetissue of her stomach. Well now that I have bummed everyone else I will letyou go.Hope you have a good Monday.Lin-- No virus found in this outgoing message.Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.Version: 7.0.296 / Virus Database: 265.6.0 - Release Date: 12/17/2004
