That's what I'm on but your rite the memory problems can be bad if I don't stay in bed when I take that much. Usually 10 works. Yeah sleeping can be a bit** sometimes . I' always wake up at 3 AM. Think it goes back to feeding my son when he was a baby. He always woke up on the dot at 3. Should be over that he's 26 years old.
