I recieved a letter the other day and the judge is waiting to see if my first appeal goes through before they have my hearing! My first appeal was denied because they say that my attorney did not send the paperwork in on time! Not true, so I am really not worried about that! I have been told by the SS disability doctor that I should have no problem getting a settlement and still was denied! Your SIL's attorney can tell her whatever he want's, but remember that really does not mean a thing! It is up to what a judge and her doctors say! I feel that with everything wrong and my Mom as a huge witness to all of this, that I should have it with ease, but I just do not know anymore! Would not suprise me at all if I do not get it again! I always here how great I look, but wish some of these people could live inside my body for a day! Well take care and do not believe everything you here until it actually happens!!!
