Guest guest
I had my surgery November 6 2006. All went well. I am at home taking it easy. I started stage 4 of my post op diet. I saw my surgeon and dietian today. Both say things are looking well. I have been a bit restless since I got home, so I shop a lot. Before the surgery I lost 53 pounds. Together with pre-op and post-op I have lost 69 pounds. My parents still don't know about the surgery. Wait until they see me Christmas Day when I travel down south to visit them. I started walking on my treadmill this week. I am taking it easy so that I don't over do it. I want to start strenght training but I don't know when I should begin. Where I work, we have a free atletic center for employees and I plan on putting it to full use. I also have access to a free personal trainer at the center. I am well on my way with the blessings of God.

Guest guest
Hi Sister Girl (I had my surgery Nov 6, 2006 too) You sound like you have a lot more energy than I do...but I'm getting there ever so slowly. What are you eating now? Anything you haven't been able to tolerate? Hugs, in Texas audreymagdaline wrote: I had my surgery November 6 2006. All went well. I am at home taking it easy.
