That sounds like me some mornings. I was able to connect mine to the normal

feeling of urgency you can get on wake up ... a need to run to the toilet and

void ... perhaps a full bladder. Just totally normal stuff. It was only by

keeping notes of when this was all happening, did I discover it was ALWAYS after

laying down for a time or on wake up mornings. And that the next thing I knew I

was Ivoiding.

Since your reaction is happening after a long rest, any chance your bladder

had filled and that caused your reaction? IMHO we all react for some " silly "

reason ... compared to non EDSers that is. So, perhaps there is a trigger you

could single out.

Note whether it happened why laying quietly or only after you moved, no

matter how slightly. Again note if you were having reflex tears. This means no

pain

or emotion could explain the tears. Caro.
