Guest guest
Roxie, I'm glad I could help regarding the counseling/therapy. I was getting to a point that I was extremely depressed, crying on a fairly regular basis and driving my dh and son crazy. Life was getting really miserable. It took me awhile to figure out who I needed to see and how my insurance would pay for it. Fortunately, it was not as bad as getting out-of-network benefits to treat AS. It took about 1 phone call and I was all set. I go every two weeks and we'll probably drop to once a month in a few weeks. My counselor really helps me get my thoughts in order and I think I'm getting to the point that the AS is not ruling my life. As much as I want my uterus to work, I also want to feel better about life. And I can safely say I am feeling a ton better. I still have my moments, but they are few and far between. Hope you are doing well. Sara O.
Guest guest
Sara O, You sound so good!!! I am so glad to hear that you are making peace with this awful blow that life has dealt you. Thanks for letting us know how you've been able to do so. It's good to hear from you at least every once in a while - don't be such a stranger! Are you actively pursuing surrogacy or adoption??
