I understand. The point I was making is that one needs to make slow

changes in one's regimen rather than rapidly changing back and

forth. The trick is to find a combination of diet, exercise and

meds that are all done consistently and that produce as good as

possible control, then learn how to make small adjustments as

needed. Making huge changes in diet frequently is never going to

produce the best possible control. You can't know what works if you

are changing multiple factors at once.

cracked it, something happens to make me start over. <<sigh>> But I agree,
