Hi Ladies,

Thanks so much for all your responses and advice. For those of you

who inquired, I AM British, but I live in the U.S. (going on 25 years

now!). Of course, I will always be a british bird at heart, hence

the email address!

Terry, I have not yet had the hysteroscopy. I am due to have that

next Friday, May 23rd. I have to see my doctor on the 20th for a pre-

surgical consult. I am so freaked out now, I think I may ask him

just to look around and not cut. However, after my failed saline

sonogram, I think he will need to do some cutting just to get in and

look around!

To clarify, I did not have a period after the saline sonogram. I had

what looked like a period (as far as flow and color) for one day,

followed by 2 or 3 days of little brown bits in my urine. I took it

to be a good sign though. Although he couldn't get the saline in, my

doctor did poke a small enough hole that he could get the cathetar in

a little bit. And, I'm thinking stuff leaked out from there.

I forgot which one of you it was (Judy?!), but I am on Long Island

too. I actually have an appointment with Dr. San Roman on June 19th

(the earliest I could get). Do you think I should cancel it and go

straight to Dr. man on the A list? I am pretty sure he takes

my insurance (which is always a hassle!)

Well, thanks again all of you. I'll keep you posted!

Donna
