Donna,

I'm sorry that you've had so much trouble and that you have found

yourself here with us. You story is familiar to many of our members.

You asked for advice. My thinking is: Find another doctor!

I'm glad that you like your doctor, feel comfortable with him and

trust him. But from the tone of your note it sounds like your gut is

telling you that this guy is in over his head. Trust your gut. He

may be a great doctor, but I think he is out of his league and you

need to find a specialist (have I used enough metaphors?). If you

decide to allow him to do a diagnostic hyter. only, put it in writing

so that there can be no mistake about your intentions. However, as

you've probably seen repeatedly on this group it is best to see an A-

list or B-list doctor (look in the files section). Or at least an RE

in your area.

I'm sorry if I've scared you, but too many of our members have

regretted staying with their original doctors too long.

Donna,

I would try to get into copperman in NYC. He is awsome. I just had

the hysteroscopy w/him last monday. K recommended him to me &

she's due any day now! He has great bedside manner, which I needed,

& I've never had to wait too long to get in.

good luck. You can use my name - Dunn, or 's name w/his

office. He knew exactly why I was there to see him when I listed

as a reference.
