Guest guest
I'm happy to announce that DJ graduated from his STARband!! DJ was considered a severe case at 17mm of asymmetry when he was first diagnosed at 4 months. (Positional Plagiocephaly). He was fitted for a stylish camouflage STARband at 4 1/2 months. After only 2 months and 3 weeks in the STARband DJ made an astonishing improvement of 17 mm down to 5.5 mm of asymmetry. The reason we didn't keep it on longer was simply due to the fact that he outgrew it! We could have pushed for another one but we are so happy with the results that we decided to stop. Plus, DJ's skin is very sensitive and we had difficulty with red spots. For anyone contemplating whether or not to band their baby...well, I have one piece of advice~ The sooner the better! If we had waited any longer, think about that HUGE amount of growth we would have missed. I will try to post his graduation picture on the " photos " link.
